We Don't Sell Your Data

phqueen does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. Sharing with third parties occurs only where necessary to operate the platform or where required by Philippine law.

Defined Retention Periods

phqueen retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by Philippine AMLA and other applicable regulations. Data is deleted or anonymised when the retention period expires.

Breach Notification Within 72 Hours

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to cause harm to affected individuals, phqueen will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours and notify affected players without undue delay.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by phqueen ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and applies to all personal data collected and processed through phqueen.club and any associated services. phqueen is committed to handling your personal data in a transparent, lawful, and responsible manner, in full compliance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

By registering an account or using any phqueen service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. This Policy should be read alongside the phqueen Terms & Conditions, which form the broader legal framework governing your use of the Platform.

This Policy uses "personal data" as defined under the Philippines Data Privacy Act — any information from which the identity of an individual can be reasonably and directly ascertained, or when put together with other information, would directly and certainly identify an individual.

1. Introduction

phqueen operates an online gaming platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines — from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and beyond. In the course of providing our services, we necessarily collect and process certain personal data about the individuals who use the Platform.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

phqueen processes your personal data only where a lawful basis exists under the Philippines Data Privacy Act. The relevant bases for phqueen's processing activities are:

  • Consent — where you have given clear consent to processing for a specific purpose (e.g., receiving marketing communications). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal;
  • Contractual necessity — processing necessary to perform the contract between you and phqueen (the phqueen Terms & Conditions), including account management, payment processing, and game provision;
  • Legal obligation — processing required to comply with Philippine law, including Anti-Money Laundering Act obligations, PAGCOR-aligned requirements, and NPC registration obligations;
  • Legitimate interests — processing necessary for phqueen's legitimate business interests, including platform security, fraud prevention, and service improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests;
  • Vital interests — processing necessary to protect the vital interests of a data subject, particularly in the context of responsible gaming interventions.

  • Sending transactional SMS notifications (OTP, withdrawal confirmation, security alerts);
  • Sending promotional communications where you have provided consent (opt-out available at any time).

6.6 Platform Improvement

  • Analysing aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the phqueen platform;

7. Sharing Your Personal Data

phqueen does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We share personal data only in the circumstances set out below, and only to the extent necessary for the specific purpose:

  • Payment service providers — GCash (Mynt), Maya (PayMaya Philippines, Inc.), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, and other payment processors receive the minimum personal data necessary to process your transactions;
  • Identity verification providers — third-party KYC service providers receive your identity documents solely for the purpose of conducting verification checks;
  • Game providers — licensed game providers operating within the phqueen platform receive session identifiers and gameplay data necessary for game operation and dispute resolution. They do not receive your full identity data;
  • Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities — PAGCOR, AMLC, NPC, and other competent authorities may receive personal data where phqueen is legally obligated to disclose it;
  • Professional advisers — legal, audit, and compliance professionals bound by confidentiality obligations, where necessary for phqueen's legal and regulatory compliance;
  • Group companies — phqueen may share data within its corporate group for internal compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes, subject to equivalent data protection standards.

All third-party service providers that process personal data on phqueen's behalf are bound by data processing agreements that require them to handle your data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act and applicable security standards.

8. International Data Transfers

phqueen's primary data processing infrastructure is located within or accessible from the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines, phqueen ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

  • Contractual clauses that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those under Philippine law;
  • Transfers only to jurisdictions that the NPC has determined provide an adequate level of personal data protection;
  • Data processing agreements with foreign processors that include provisions consistent with NPC-issued standard contractual clauses.

In practice, the most common cross-border data flows involve game providers and cloud infrastructure providers operating in Singapore, Japan, and EU member states — all jurisdictions with data protection frameworks the NPC recognises as providing adequate protections. Game-related data shared with providers in these jurisdictions is limited to session identifiers and gameplay outcomes — not identity documents or payment details.

9. Data Retention

phqueen retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply:

On expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised such that it can no longer be attributed to an identifiable individual. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical purposes.

phqueen uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on phqueen.club. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web server. Cookies allow phqueen to recognise your device, maintain your session, and provide a consistent experience across visits.

phqueen uses the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for platform operation — maintaining your login session, storing your cart/balance state, enabling OTP flow. These cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality;
  • Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences — language settings, display preferences, game lobby filter states — to improve your experience on return visits;
  • Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymised data about how players use phqueen — pages visited, time on page, error events — to help phqueen improve the platform. No personal identity data is captured in analytics cookies;

Under the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by phqueen:

Right to Access

You may request a copy of the personal data phqueen holds about you, including information on how it is used and with whom it has been shared. phqueen will respond within 15 business days of a verified access request.

Right to Rectification

You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. For account details, many updates can be made directly through your phqueen account settings. For KYC data corrections, contact support.

Right to Erasure

You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose collected, where consent has been withdrawn, or where processing is unlawful. Erasure may be limited where phqueen has a legal obligation to retain data (e.g., AMLA transaction records).

Right to Object

You may object to processing based on phqueen's legitimate interests, including profiling for responsible gaming purposes, and to processing for direct marketing. Objection to marketing will be actioned immediately; other objections are assessed case by case.

Right to Data Portability

You may request a copy of personal data you have provided to phqueen in a structured, machine-readable format. This right applies to data processed on the basis of consent or contractual necessity.

Right to Restrict Processing

You may request that phqueen restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while you contest the accuracy of data or while an objection is being assessed.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe phqueen has violated your data privacy rights, you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. phqueen encourages you to raise concerns with us first so we can address them promptly.

12. Data Security

phqueen implements a layered technical and organisational security framework to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Key security measures include:

  • Encryption at rest: All personal data stored in phqueen databases is encrypted using AES-256;
  • Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and phqueen.club is protected by TLS 1.3;
  • Access controls: Personal data is accessible only to phqueen staff with a legitimate operational need. Access is granted on a least-privilege basis and is subject to role-based access control (RBAC);
  • Access logging: All access to personal data systems is logged and monitored for anomalies;
  • Two-factor authentication: phqueen staff accessing personal data systems are required to use multi-factor authentication;
  • Penetration testing: phqueen conducts regular security assessments including penetration testing of its platform infrastructure;
  • Staff training: All phqueen staff who handle personal data receive data protection training as part of onboarding and on an annual basis.
Data Breach Response: In the event of a personal data breach affecting your data and likely to cause serious harm, phqueen will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Affected individuals will be notified without undue delay, with information on the nature of the breach and steps taken to address it.

13. Children's and Underage Players' Privacy

phqueen is an adults-only platform. The minimum age for account registration is 21 years, in accordance with Philippine law and phqueen's Terms & Conditions. phqueen does not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals under 21 years of age.

If phqueen becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, the data will be deleted (subject to any legal retention obligations), and the matter will be investigated.

If you believe a person under 21 has registered or is using a phqueen account, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. phqueen will act on all such reports without delay.

Parental notice: If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that a minor in your care has registered on phqueen, contact our support team immediately. We will close the account, ensure no financial transactions are processed, and return any deposited funds. For advice on blocking access to gambling sites, our support team can provide guidance on available parental control tools.

The phqueen platform may contain references to third-party services, game providers, or payment platforms. Continued use of phqueen following the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For changes that are not material (such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications that do not affect the substance of the Policy), phqueen may update the Policy without specific advance notification, but the effective date will be updated.
