These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between
phqueen ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User",
"you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through phqueen.club.
These Terms apply to all phqueen services including but not limited to casino games, live dealer
tables, sports betting, bingo, crash games, and all associated account and payment functions.
By clicking "I Agree", completing account registration, making a deposit, or placing a bet on
phqueen, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their
entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use phqueen services.
21+ AGE REQUIREMENT. phqueen is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be
at least 21 years of age to register or use any phqueen service, in accordance with Philippine
law and PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming standards.

1. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

2. Account Eligibility
To register and maintain a phqueen Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
- You are a natural person (corporate entities may not register as Players);
- You are accessing phqueen from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a phqueen employee;
- You have not previously been self-excluded from phqueen and are not currently under an active Self-Exclusion period;
- Your Account has not been previously closed or suspended by phqueen for cause;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.
Age Verification: phqueen reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts where age eligibility cannot be verified will be suspended pending verification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed and any balance forfeited.

3. Account Registration
When registering a phqueen Account, you agree to the following conditions:
- You will provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and active Philippine mobile number;
- You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update your Account if any details change;
- You will register only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms;
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. phqueen will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain password security;
- You will not share your Account login credentials with any third party;
- You will notify phqueen immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
phqueen reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion,
without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)
In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, including the
Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), phqueen is required
to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawal requests.
KYC verification requires submission of:
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include: UMID, Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, Driver's Licence, or SSS/GSIS ID;
- A document confirming your registered address, where required by the circumstances;
- Proof of ownership of payment method(s) used, where required by phqueen's compliance team.
phqueen may request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time, particularly where
transaction volumes trigger reporting thresholds under applicable AMLA regulations. Failure
to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in
Account suspension and may result in the reporting of the Account to relevant authorities.
All identity documents submitted to phqueen are handled in accordance with the Philippines
Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). See our

5. Deposits
phqueen accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Deposits page, which currently
include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI InstaPay, BDO InstaPay, UnionBank Online, Coins.ph,
7-Eleven (7-Connect), and USDT TRC20. phqueen reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove
payment methods at any time.
- Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the phqueen Deposits page and vary by payment method;
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited;
- phqueen does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your own responsibility;
- Deposits made in error (wrong amount, wrong account) must be reported to phqueen support within 24 hours. phqueen will not be responsible for delays in correcting errors not reported promptly;
- phqueen reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any Account at any time for responsible gaming or compliance purposes;
- Deposited funds are held in trust for Players and are not used for phqueen's operating costs.

6. Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawals of their phqueen Balance at any time, subject to the conditions
set out in this section:
- KYC verification (Section 4) must be completed before phqueen will process any withdrawal request;
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to the Player;
- phqueen does not charge withdrawal processing fees on GCash, Maya, or standard bank transfer methods;
- Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Delays arising from third-party payment processors are outside phqueen's control;
- phqueen reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are associated with unusual account activity;
- Bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable. Only the cash (non-bonus) component of a Balance is withdrawable prior to completion of wagering requirements;
- In the event that phqueen determines that a withdrawal request constitutes proceeds of fraudulent activity, the withdrawal will be withheld pending investigation and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a phqueen deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phqueen will contest all chargebacks, freeze the relevant Account, and may pursue recovery of disputed funds through all available legal means.

7. Bonuses and Promotions
phqueen offers bonuses and promotional credits to Players from time to time. Acceptance of
any bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific bonus terms applicable to that promotion,
in addition to these general Terms.
- All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms at the time of offer;
- Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of bonus credit. Unmet bonuses expire at the end of the wagering period;
- Bonuses may be wagered on specified game categories only. Certain game categories (such as live casino and bingo) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements — the contribution table will be provided in promotion terms;
- A Player may hold only one active deposit bonus at a time unless otherwise stated;
- phqueen reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, including reclaiming credited bonuses where abuse or error is identified;
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploitation of offer terms, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or systematic advantage play on bonus funds — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in Account closure;
- Winnings generated from bonus play in excess of applicable win caps (where stated in promotion terms) are not withdrawable.

8. Game Rules and Integrity
All games available on phqueen are subject to their individual game rules, which are displayed
within each game interface. In the event of conflict between individual game rules and these
Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
- RNG-based games on phqueen use certified random number generation systems. Certification documentation is available on request;
- Live dealer game outcomes are determined entirely by physical processes (card shuffles, wheel spins, dice rolls) — no RNG substitution occurs in live games;
- In the event of a technical failure during a game (such as a disconnection, server error, or stream interruption), phqueen's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the round may be voided and stakes returned;
- phqueen reserves the right to void bets placed in error (e.g., due to display errors showing incorrect odds) after notifying the affected Player;
- Any bet placed using a software exploit, glitch, or error that provides an undue advantage to the Player may be voided by phqueen. Repeated exploitation of errors constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9.

9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension,
permanent closure, and forfeiture of any Account Balance:
- Registering or maintaining more than one Account (multi-accounting);
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with phqueen games or systems;
- Colluding with other Players or phqueen staff to gain an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, advantage play that exploits platform errors, or coordinated bonus abuse;
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals;
- Using phqueen for money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal purpose;
- Accessing phqueen through anonymous proxies, VPNs, or other tools to misrepresent your jurisdiction or identity;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing phqueen staff or other Players through any communication channel;
- Registering an Account on behalf of a third party, including as an agent for a gambling syndicate.
Where phqueen has reasonable grounds to suspect Prohibited Conduct, phqueen may suspend the relevant Account(s) pending investigation, withhold any pending withdrawals, and where applicable, report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities including AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council).

10. Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Suspension by phqueen. phqueen may suspend an Account immediately and without prior notice where:
- There is reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct (Section 9);
- A KYC or enhanced due diligence request has not been fulfilled within the required period;
- An Account security event (suspected compromise, fraudulent access) has been detected;
- A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder or from a verified third party acting under applicable law.
10.2 Closure by phqueen. phqueen may permanently close an Account where:
- Prohibited Conduct has been confirmed following investigation;
- The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2;
- Applicable law requires closure;
- The Account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or gameplay) for 24 consecutive months.
10.3 Closure by Player. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting phqueen support. Any withdrawable Balance will be returned via the Player's verified payment method after completion of applicable due diligence. Closure does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the closure date.
10.4 Dormant Account Fees. phqueen reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 (or the equivalent Balance amount, whichever is lower) to Accounts that have been inactive for 24 consecutive months. Players will be notified by SMS 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied.

11. Responsible Gaming
phqueen is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for harm to Players
and third parties. phqueen's responsible gaming programme is aligned with PAGCOR guidelines and
includes the following tools, all available directly from your Account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limits may be reduced immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period;
- Session Time Reminders: Alerts at 30, 60, 90, or 120-minute session intervals;
- Cooling-Off Period: A mandatory break of 1 day to 6 weeks, during which deposits and gameplay are blocked. Cannot be shortened once activated;
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or indefinite. Cannot be reversed or shortened during the elected period. Any Balance will be returned via verified payment method after the exclusion period expires, or immediately upon indefinite self-exclusion;
- Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during active gameplay sessions showing time elapsed and net session result.

12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the phqueen platform — including but not limited to
software, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, and all other content
displayed on phqueen.club — are the exclusive property of phqueen or its licensed providers.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and
use the phqueen platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does
not include the right to:
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any phqueen content;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phqueen software;
- Use any phqueen trademark, logo, or brand asset without express prior written consent;
- Frame or mirror the phqueen website on any other platform.
Any unauthorised use of phqueen intellectual property may result in Account termination and
may expose the individual to civil and criminal liability under Philippine and applicable
international law.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phqueen's total liability to any
Player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise
— shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding
the event giving rise to the claim.
phqueen shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
- Losses arising from interruptions to phqueen services caused by events outside phqueen's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, acts of God, or changes in law;
- Losses arising from a Player's own failure to maintain Account security;
- Technical failures in third-party payment processing systems;
- Actions taken by phqueen in good faith pursuant to its compliance obligations under applicable Philippine law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phqueen's liability for death or personal injury caused by
its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under
Philippine law.

14. Privacy and Data Protection
phqueen collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy
Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the
National Privacy Commission (NPC).
By registering on phqueen, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your
personal data as described in the phqueen
Privacy Policy,
which forms part of these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes:
- What personal data phqueen collects and why;
- How phqueen uses and stores your data;
- Your rights as a data subject under Philippine law;
- How to exercise those rights, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data.

15. Amendments to These Terms
phqueen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where
amendments are material, phqueen will notify registered Players via SMS or in-platform
notification at least 14 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of phqueen following the effective date of any amendment constitutes
acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close
your Account before the effective date. Any withdrawable Balance will be returned to you
via your verified payment method.
The current version of these Terms is always accessible at phqueen.club/terms-conditions.
The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates the date the current version
came into force.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use
of phqueen services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through phqueen's
internal complaints process:
- Submit a written complaint to phqueen support ([email protected] or via live chat), with full details of the dispute;
- phqueen will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days;
- If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the appropriate regulatory body.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from
any court of competent jurisdiction.
